(The following procedures are non-negotiable and if you or your buyers do not agree – do not proceed any further)
1-Buyer issues ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) with full Banking Information.
2-Seller submits FCO (Full Corporate Offer) to be approved by the Buyer
3-Bayer returns FCO signed and sealed electronically
4-Seller returns the FCO signed with Sellers Banking information
5-Buyers Bank issues within five (5) banking days after receipt of the FCO the BCL (Bank Comfort Letter) bank to bank and copy is to send electronically.
6-Sellers Bank upon receipt and approval of the BCL, sends the POP (Proof of Product) bank to bank to the buyers Bank within seven (7) banking day.
7-Seller then submits the Draft Contract
8-Buyers reviews draft contract, signs and returns to the seller electronically
9-The Seller signs and returns electronically the contract and sends by courier four (4) hard copies and the buyer returns to the seller two (2) hard copies.
10-Buyers bank issues Pre-Advise Payment-Instrument, confirmed by Prime World Bank as accepted by Seller.
11-Sellers Bank issues the 2% Performance Bond to activate the Payment Instrument.
12-Shipping begins per shipping schedule. |
